Someone had an observation to make: ‘Sally Beauty employees need to be aware of this product’s existence. I have called so many, “no, we dont carry that line.” I’ll be in the store standing in FRONT of them and ask, “no, we dont carry that line,” and I say, “Yes you do this is it right here” and have to product educate them myself. They need a pamphlet or sign or something!’
