Records show that Zac and wife Kathryn purchased an older home on the 700sqm block for $5.2m in 2007.
With the Fletcher kids now having moved out, the couple are downsizing to a (non-waterfront) renovation project in Wolseley Rd, Point Piper, which sources advise has cost $23m-$25m.
